Our service department is open from Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm and is located at 5291 College Ave, Oakland, CA 94618.

To drop off your bike:
Pull up and park in our driveway to ensure you don't get a ticket from an over zealous meter maid.
If you are dropping off before we open, leave key with note attached in letterbox in front of building (we share the letterbox with Germanys Best car shop).
If you are picking up late, please call ahead , otherwise your bike will be locked up for the night at 4 pm.
