"I purchased my Aprilia Sportcity 250 at another dealership and was completely dissatisfied with the service that I received after the sale. I was referred to RR2W and have not looked back since. From my first visit to the shop, Darragh, Darren and the rest of the staff simply rock!
Darragh is very nice and friendly and takes the time to research and order parts. He freely shares his wealth of information. I feel very comfortable dealing with him and he always answers my many scooter questions with patience and grace. He is also very accommodating and makes it very easy to drop off my scoot in the morning and pick her up after work.
Darren patiently explains the services performed on my scoot and keeps her in tip top shape. He also makes it painless to get accessories professionally installed. He is a veteran rider and always provides good advice and information. He is very friendly and approachable.
My only regret is not purchasing my scoot at RR2W. Hopefully I can make up for that when I graduate to the beautiful Scarabeo 500.

"I bought my ET4 150 from a San Francisco dealer in 2000, and was having it serviced over there until Rockridge Two Wheels opened.... Have been so happy with all the services, and quick responses to my calls for help, as well as such friendly service from everyone I've ever dealt with, and mostly Darraugh and Darin. "First time buyers.... GO HERE!! From the minute I walked into the store, Kristin made the buying experience an enjoyable one! For you ladies, and men, looking for a sharp educated on her product kinda gal look no further!! She will steer you in the right direction. I had a hard time deciding what size was best 150-250.. She could have dragged me down the road to the larger purchase, which in the end I would not have been happy with! But, in the moment would have loved!! But, rather she guided me through the differnt bikes, and in the end I made my own decison!! Her help was much valued!! I am very happy with m choice of the Vespa LXV150!

"What did you do to my scooter? You put the fun back into it!!!! Holy smokes, we had June Bug towing drop-off my Aprilia Scarabeo 150 which had a shredded drive belt earlier this week. June Bug dropped it off that morning. We went ahead and also had the tune-up which was overdue and a couple other items (brakes, rear tire) replaced. By
close of business, you had my scooter back to me.
Not only did it drive beautifully on the way home
(ten miles away); it was a blast to drive again!
Even a mysterious rattle of the windshield has gone

"I walked into Walnut Creek Vespa today and was greeted with a smile by Kevin. Not only did he give us his undevided attention but he was friendly and extremely knowledgable. After a run down of all the scooters, I quickly settled in on wanting a test ride on the Piaggio MP3. Kevin made my first time scooter buying experience one that will keep me coming back to Vespa Walnut Creek for all my scooter needs.

"We went to a lot of Scooter Dealerships in the Bay Area trying to decide which Scooter we wanted to purchase. We knew we wanted a 125cc or 150cc. We narrowed the search down to the Aprilia Mojito 150. We chose the 150cc because it can go on the freeway or across bridges and keep up with traffic on the expressways. It's Italian made which was a real plus. The style and the big seat was really attractive. I loved the 'Haryley-style' handlebars and all the chrome on the Scooter. We found Rockridge Two Wheels in Oakland through a Search Engine looking for Aprilia Scooters. The Scooter only comes in white and black. We had seen the black at a San Jose Dealership, but I wanted to see it in white. The white is really a very light cream color with darker brown trim. As soon as we saw it, we knew we wanted this Scooter. We were both very impressed with Rockridge Two Wheels in Oakland. There was no high pressure sales people, but rather very knowledgeable people who knew about their products. They had more Scooters on display than any of the scooter dealerships we went to in San Jose and Sunnyvale. We did find another Scooter Dealership in San Jose that carried Vespa and Piaggio and who were very knowledge, not high pressured, but once we saw the Aprilia, we both agreed that was the Scooter we wanted. Most shops only carried the black color, but we wanted to see the white, so we went to the Aprilia website and found the dealers and called all of them until we found one with a white Aprilia. It turned out to be Rockridge Two Wheels in Oakland. Danville would have been the same distance, but my husband grew up in Oakland, so after buying the Scooter, and arranging for the delivery, we took a tour of Oakland and of his old stomping grounds, Davie Tennis Stadium, San Leandro and the local schools. I'd highly recommend Rockridge Two Wheels in Oakland to anyone looking for the right Scooter.

"I've known Darragh at Rockridge Two Wheels since the business started as I work next door to the shop. I've been curious about the scooters for years and Darragh has always been informative never pressuring me to buy. I ride my bicycle to work, but can't do that daily and was tired of the cost of gas I was spending to commute each day. The timing was such that he had a used Aprilia Atlantic 200 scooter on hand and I was drawn to it. It has worked out fantastically! I get 70mpg and haven't driven my car but twice in a month! Accessories and clothing have been obtained with no hassle. Darragh and Paul have been infinitely helpful. Now if only they weren't so busy in service that I could get my bike sooner for some mods! I'd recommend Rockridge Two Wheels any day! Keep up the great work, and Darragh, don't forget to floss every night! :-)

"We, in doing our research on Piaggios, went to 3 other dealers in the bay area who all offered us great deals on the bike that we wanted. In all honesty it was Kevin at Walnut Creek Vespa that brought us back to purchase the bike from him. Kevin is knowlegeable about his products, but more importantly, seems truly interested in having you buy from him than him selling to you! Everything promised was done in an honest and timely fashion. Also he is a really nice guy!
Would definately recommend Kevin and Darragh if you are considering a scooter purchase. Tell them Ron and Susan sent you and you will receive FREE AIR in the tires if you purchase!!"

"Vespa of Walnut Creek has been great from the start. Darragh was very knowledgable and friendly. I was not pressured at all to purchase my new GTS 250ie from him.
The whole buying experience, after selling my truck, was enjoyable and non-intimidating, and the financing helped out as well.
My decision to purchase this bike was due to soaring gas prices, and with my 60 mile to a gallon of gas, I saved a lot at the pump and on my wallet. I won't complain about the insurance as well, it decreased by half since owning this bike (no more insurance payment for a truck).
I would recommend anyone interested in buying a bike to visit WC Vespa.

Since owning my Vespa 250ie, I've had more compliments and excitement from colleagues at work and around the neighborhood. One Beau-T-ful bike."
